基于嵌入式wifi和App服务的电力仪表视觉校准系统

摘要 电力仪表的准确度在各行各业中一直备受关注,如果因某些原因发生测量不准确的情况,将会造成严重的经济损失,所以对电力仪表的校准有着十分重要的意义。而传统的视觉检测方法因其需要PC机执行算法,故每台相机均需配备电脑,机动性和灵活度较差,且成本高。而以往记录检测数据多采用人工手写,不易调取文件,也无法保证存档的完整性。故本文提出了一种基于嵌入式wifi图像传输的电力仪表视觉校准系统,且开发了App应用,使得检测人员的检测工作更加方便、灵活,也降低了硬件成本,应用性好。 The accuracy of power meters has always been a concern in all walks of life.If inaccurate measurements occur for somereason,serious economic losses will occur.Therefore,calibration of power meters is of great significance.The traditional visual in-spection method requires the PC to execute the algorithm.Therefore,each camera must be equipped with a computer,which haspoor mobility and flexibility,and the cost is high.In the past,recording test data mostly used manual handwriting,which made itdifficult to retrieve files and ensured the integrity of the files.Therefore,in this paper a visual calibration system of power meters isproposed based on embedded wifi image transmission,and App application is developed,which makes the inspection personnel'sdetection work more convenient and flexible.It also reduces hardware costs and has good applicability.
