摘要
结合笔者所在医院医用体外诊断试剂采购、管理、使用过程中存在的问题提出了解决办法,并对工作中出现的问题进行分析总结;对医用体外诊断试剂实行规范化管理,可以减少管理环节,降低医院成本和资源的投入,提高工作效率,保证试剂质量;明确责任部门,把好医用体外诊断试剂的采购、准入、验货、盘点、出入库等各个环节,从而更好服务于临床检测的需要,保证临床合理使用。
To solve the problems in purchase, management and use process of in vitro diagnostic reagents, and analyze and summarize the problem. The standardized management of medical in vitro diagnostic reagents could simplify the management program, reduce hospital cost and resource, and improve efficiency and quality. It will also well-define the responsible department in purchase, admittance, inspection, inventory and assessment of in vitro diagnostic reagents, and provide better service for the needs of clinical testing, and ensure the good clinical administration.
