湿热环境下泡沫复合材料夹芯板的Ⅱ型界面剥离 被引量:2

ModeⅡInterfacial Delamination of Foam Core Composite Sandwich Structures in Hygrothermal Environment

摘要 本文通过端部切口弯曲试验(ENF)对湿热老化后泡沫复合材料夹芯板Ⅱ型界面剥离进行研究。测定了湿热老化前后玻璃纤维增强复合材料面板、聚氨酯泡沫芯材的抗压强度和压缩模量。结果表明,由于后固化作用,GFRP面板抗压强度、压缩模量先增大后减小;聚氨酯泡沫芯材的抗压强度、压缩模量先减小后趋于稳定。Ⅱ型临界能量释放率(Gc)随着老化时间的增加呈现下降趋势。湿热老化90天后,Gc下降26.68%。 A series of end notched flexure(ENF)tests for foam core composite sandwich structures before and after hygrothermal ageing were done to investigate the effects of hygrothermal ageing on the modeⅡinterfacial delamination.The compressive strength and modulus of glass fiber reinforced polymer(GFRP)laminates and polyurethane foams before and after hydrothermal aging were tested.Results show that the compressive strength and modulus of GFRP laminates increase initially followed by a significant decrease due to the effect of post-curing.In addition,the compressive strength and modulus of polyurethane foam decline sharply and then tend to be stable.In the meantime,the critical energy release rate of the modeⅡinterfacial delamination with different aging time shows a downward trend.The critical strain energy release rate(Gc)declines by 26.68% after hygrothermal ageing of 90 days.
