摘要
黏胶针织物活性染料印花需要大量尿素助溶,印花废水中的氨氮超标,文中应用自制产品代尿素DN-0516代替尿素在黏胶针织物上的活性印花。探讨代尿素DN-0516对活性染料色浆黏度、印花Integ值、印花色牢度的影响,并与尿素对比。结果表明,代尿素DN-0516能够较好地满足黏胶针织物的活性印花要求,其印花深度、色牢度等与尿素印花织物相当,可完全取代尿素。
In view of the problem of the ammonia nitrogen in the wastewater is exceeding the standard because of the use of a large amount of urea in the printing of reactive dyes of viscose knitted fabric. In this paper, the self-made product DN-0516 is used to replace the urea in the printing of reactive dyes in the viscose knitted fabric. The effects of urea DN-0516 on the viscosity of reactive dyes, printing integ value and printing color fastness were discussed and compared with urea. The results show that DN-0516 can better meet the requirements of reactive printing of viscose knitted fabrics. Its printing depth and fastness are quite to those of urea-printed fabrics, which can completely replace urea.
