摘要
基于临床医学专业认证标准,结合相关政策,经过专题小组讨论和专家咨询对4个维度和11个条目进行筛选,利用SPSS 19. 0统计软件对咨询结果进行统计分析,最终确定临床医学专业毕业生岗位胜任力相关评价因素及其重要性排序,为进一步评估临床医学专业毕业生岗位胜任力提供参考。
Based on clinical medicine professional certification standards, combined with the related policies, through panel discussion and expert consultation method of 11 items in four dimensions and screening, by using the statistical software SPSS19.0 carried out a statistical analysis on the result of the consultation, eventually determine clinical medical graduates post eonlpeteney related evaluation factors and its importance, for further evaluation to provide the reference of clini- cal medical graduates post competency force.
