摘要
目的:调查苏州市综合性医院助产士安全文化态度现状并分析其影响因素,旨在为管理者改善管理工作,制定针对性干预措施完善产房安全文化建设提供参考。方法 :便利选取苏州市17所医院的342名助产士作为研究对象,采用中文版安全态度调查问卷、结构授权量表和心理授权量表进行调查。结果:助产士安全文化总分为(127.23±14.39)分,整体积极同意率为79.7%;聘用方式、每周工作时间、非正式权利、工作意义和工作自主性是助产士安全文化态度的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 :医院管理者应继续加强重视助产人力资源投入及对合同制助产士的支持力度,并从促进团队沟通协作、提高助产士技能水平及专业意义认知方面提升其安全文化态度水平。
Objective: To investigate the current status and influencing factors of midwives' attitudes towards safety culture in general hospitals in Suzhou, and provide references for promoting management work and safety culture in delivery rooms. Methods: A total of 342 midwives from 17 general hospitals were recruited and investigated by the Chinese version of Safety Attitudes Questionnaire (C-SAQ), the Conditions of Work Effectiveness Questionnaire-Ⅱ (CWEQ-Ⅱ) and Psychological Empowerment Scale (PES). Results: The score of safety culture attitudes were 127.23±14.39, the overall positive agreement rate was 79.7%. The nature of work, weekly working hours, informal rights, the meaning of work, and work autonomy were the influencing factors of midwifes' attitudes towards safety culture (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Hospital administrators should strengthen the human resource management and improvement of midwives and offer midwives of contract systems more support. Furthermore, it is necessary to improve midwifes' attitudes towards safety culture through promoting team communication and cooperation, bettering their professional skills and enhancing their perception of the meaning of work.
