摘要
高职院校文化自信是其发展的精神动力,决定了其核心竞争力,孕育了其核心价值理念。目前国内高职院校由于办学条件参差不齐,生源质量参差不齐,高职教育培养人才匮乏等原因,致使高职教育发展困难,高职院校缺乏文化自信。因此培育高职院校的文化自信成为高职院校发展的关键。文中以高职院校职业特色和服务地方为基石,分别从对内、对外两个角度阐述了如何确立和提升高职院校的文化自信。
Cultural confidence in higher vocational colleges is the spiritual driving force for its development,which determines its core competitiveness and fosters its core values.At present,due to the uneven conditions of schooling,the uneven quality of students,and the lack of talents for higher vocational educationin China,the development of higher vocational education is difficult,and the vocational colleges lack cultural confidence.Therefore,cultivating the cultural confidence of higher vocational colleges has become the key to the development of higher vocational colleges.Based on the professional characteristics and service places of higher vocational colleges,this paper expounds how to establish and enhance the cultural confidence of higher vocational colleges from both internal and external perspectives.
