摘要
甘肃自古是许多道地药材的产区.近年来,甘肃省政府更是将中医药产业定位为甘肃省经济发展的支柱产业.陇西县是西北最大的中药材种植、仓储、初级加工基地和集散中心,也是甘肃省中医药产业的核心区.笔者研究其三十多年来,特别是近十几年来中医药产业发展的特点,主要有突出产业比较优势、释放产业集群效应、促进一二三产融合发展、促进产业循环化发展、利用"互联网+"推动产业升级等五个方面.这五个方面的特点对甘肃全省中医药产业发展都具有重要的启示意义.
Gansu has been the production area of many local medicinal materials since ancient times. In recent years, the Gansu provincial government has made the Chinese medicine industry as the pillar industry of Gansu＇s eco- nomic development. Longxi County is the largest base for Chinese herbal medicine planting, warehousing and primary processing in the northwest andthe distribution center, and the core area of the traditional Chinese medicine industry in Gansu province, too. The characteristics of the development of Chinese medicine industry in the past 30 years, es- pecially in the past ten years are studied, and five of them are concluded ： highlighting the comparative advantages of the industry, releasing the effect of industrial clusters, and promoting the integration of first, secondary and tertiary production, the promotion of industrial recyclingand the use of ＂Internet ＋＂ to p^mote industrial upgrading, etc. These five characteristics have important implications for the development of traditional Chinese medicine industry in Gansu Province.
