摘要
为了解决利民选煤厂浮选效果差的问题,提高浮选精煤产率,在对浮选系统存在问题分析的基础上,结合煤泥性质制定浮选系统改造方案。生产实践表明:在对浮选系统改造后,浮选精煤产率提高35. 53个百分点,浮选尾煤灰分提高18. 95个百分点,浮选系统改造成效显著。
The plant's flotation system is relatively poor in performance. For tackling this problem and increasing the yield of flotation concentrate, the scheme for renovation of the flotation system is proposed based on the result of analysis of the problems, and the property of coal slime. Practice shows that the renovation has met with remarkable result as evidenced by noticeable increase of concentrate yield and tailings ash by 35.53 percentage point and 18.95 percentage points respectively.
