摘要
济南市某住宅楼(供暖面积为4 650 m^2)采用空气源热泵机组作为热源进行供暖,介绍热泵供暖系统流程。采用TRNSYS模拟软件,模拟供暖期逐时热负荷。基于热泵供暖系统设备配置,对热泵机组、热泵侧水泵、用户侧水泵(变流量运行)、蓄热水箱进行选型。采用TRNSYS模拟软件建立热泵供暖系统能耗模型,模拟计算最冷日性能指标(用户逐时供水温度、热泵机组逐时制热性能系数、热泵供暖系统逐时能效比)、最冷月性能指标(用户日平均供水温度、热泵机组日平均制热性能系数、热泵供暖系统日平均能效比)、供暖期性能指标(热泵机组供暖期平均制热性能系数、热泵供暖系统供暖期平均能效比)、供暖期经济指标(耗电量、单位供暖面积电费)。最冷日、最冷月用户供水温度稳定,在40℃左右。热泵机组供暖期平均制热性能系数为3. 10,热泵供暖系统供暖期平均能效比为2. 94。热泵供暖系统供暖期耗电量为74. 09 MW·h,电价按当地第三档电价0. 847元/(kW·h)考虑,单位供暖面积电费为13. 5元/m^2。用户侧变流量运行条件下,空气源热泵供暖系统技术与经济性均比较理想。
A residential building in Jinan (heating area is 4 650 m 2) uses air source heat pump unit as heat source for heating,and the technological process of the heat pump heating system is introduced. The hourly heat load during heating period is simulates by TRNSYS simulation software. Based on the equipment configuration of heat pump heating system,the heat pump unit,heat pump-side pump,user-side pump (variable flow operation) and water storage tank are selected. The energy consumption model of heat pump heating system is built by TRNSYS simulation software. The coldest day performance indicators (user hourly water supply temperature,hourly heating performance coefficient of heat pump unit and hourly energy efficiency ratio of heat pump heating system),the coldest month performance indicators (user daily average water supply temperature,daily average heating performance coefficient of heat pump unit and daily average energy efficiency ratio of heat pump heating system),the performance indicators during heating period (average heating coefficient of heat pump unit during heating period and average energy efficiency ratio of heat pump heating system during heating period) and the economic parameters during heating period (power consumption and electric charge per unit heating area) are simulated and calculated. The user water supply temperature in the coldest day and the coldest month is stable,about 40 ℃. The average heating performance coefficient of heat pump unit during heating period is 3.10,and the average energy efficiency ratio of heat pump heating system during heating period is 2.94. The power consumption of heat pump heating system during heating period is 74.09 MW·h,and the electricity charge per unit heating area is 13.5 yuan/m2 when the electricity price is 0.847 yuan/(kW·h) according to the local third-grade electricity price. Under the condition of user-side variable flow operation,the technology and economy of air-source heat pump heating system are more ideal.
