摘要 大功率LED若要正常工作,必须配有可以驱使其在最佳状态下工作的驱动电源。研发高效、可靠的驱动电源是LED照明大规模推广急需解决的技术难题。本文基于LT3791采用改进型BUCK-BOOST拓扑结构设计大功率LED驱动电源电路,并基于LTspice进行仿真研究。该电路采用恒流驱动方式,可外接PWM输入进行LED调光控制,输入电压范围10~60 V,输出电流4 A,输出功率可达110 W,效率达到93%。 Unlike traditional incandescent lamps, LED must be equipped with a LED driver to work in the best condition. The development of efficient and reliable LED driver is a technical problem that needs to be solved urgently for the large-scale promotion of LED lighting. The high-power LED driver power is designed with an improved BUCK-BOOST circuit based on LT3791. And it pertorms simulation research based on LTspice. The circuit uses constant current drive, and can control LED dimming with external PWM. The input voltage range is 10-60 V, output current is 4 A, output power is up to 110 W and efficiency is 93%.
