摘要
文章基于新医改的背景,阐述了医院绩效分配方式的含义及其作用,分析了医院绩效分配方式存在的问题,探讨了医院绩效分配方式改进的对策,形成了对医院绩效分配方式的进一步了解,希望能够为今后相关内容的研究提供一定的参考依据。在新医改不断深入推进的背景下,医院的绩效分配方式已经很难再满足实际的需要,做出适当地调整和改革已经刻不容缓,要想最大限度地提高医院医务工作人员的工作积极性,使其更好地投入到工作中,就必须从绩效分配方式出发,让绩效分配方式更加让人满意。
Based on the background of new medical reform, this paper expounds the meaning and function of hospital performance distribution method, analyzes the problems of hospital performance distribution methods, discusses the countermeasures for improving hospital performance distribution methods, and forms the distribution of hospital performance. Further understanding, I hope to provide a reference for the research of relevant content in the future. Under the background of the continuous development of the new medical reform, it is difficult for the hospital’s performance distribution method to meet the actual needs. It is imperative to make appropriate adjustments and reforms. To maximize the enthusiasm of the hospital medical staff, When it is better put into the work, it must start from the performance distribution method and make the performance distribution method more satisfying.
