摘要
目的对产房助产士的心理压力因素进行研究分析,同时探讨相应的缓解对策。方法选择2016年6月至2017年6月在我院产房中工龄2年以上的助产士60例作为研究分析对象,对所有助产士通过问卷调查的方式调查分析其心理状况,对造成助产士心理压力的因素进行研究分析,同时探讨出相应的缓解对策。结果根据问卷调查的结果发现造成助产士心理压力过大的因素表现在多个方面,包括工作量过大、工作时间过长、工作性质、产房工作环境以及助产士专业程度。结论造成产房中助产士心理压力的因素较多,受到多方面因素的影响,因此医院在自身发展的过程中,应当重视对助产士的教育,定期对助产士进行相关职业素养以及专业水平的培养,对助产士的环境以及待遇进行改善,缓解助产士的心理压力。
Objective To study the psychological pressure factors of the midwife in the delivery room and discuss the corresponding countermeasures.Methods A total of 60 midwives who had been working in the delivery room for more than 2 years from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected as research and analysis objects.All the midwives were investigated and analyzed through questionnaires to analyze the psychological status of the midwives,and this caused psychological problems for midwives.The factors of stress are studied and analyzed,and corresponding mitigation measures are explored.Results According to the results of the questionnaire survey,it was found that the factors that caused the midwife's psychological pressure to be excessive were manifested in many aspects,including excessive workload,long working hours,nature of work,work environment in the delivery room,and professionalism of the midwife.Conclusion There are many factors causing the midwife's psychological pressure in the delivery room,which is affected by many factors.Therefore,in the process of self-development,the hospital should pay attention to the education of midwives,and regularly train the midwives on the relevant professional qualities and professional standards.The midwife's environment and treatment are improved to ease the psychological pressure on the midwife.
