摘要
目的:通过人群干预研究,观察核桃对学生记忆的作用。方法:采用随机对照双盲的试验设计,将120名学校、家长和学生自己均知情同意的初中生,年龄12.6~14.0岁,随机分为核桃干预组和安慰剂对照组,每日服用2罐产品(240 mL/罐),连续饮用30d。干预组学生每日补充核桃植物蛋白饮料,相当于24g核桃,对照组给予外型包装口感均与受试样品相似的安慰剂产品。试验前后分别使用中国科学院心理研究所编制的临床记忆量表检测记忆水平。结果:在干预后,干预组的指向记忆、联想学习和图像自由回忆的测验量表分及记忆商高于试验前,且均有显著性差异(P <0.01)。与对照组比较结果表明,干预组的指向记忆、联想学习、无意义图形再认和人像特点联想回忆测验量表分和记忆商均高于对照组,且均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:核桃植物蛋白饮料具有辅助改善记忆功能的作用。
Objective : This study aimed to investigate the effect of Walnut supplementation on memory performance of students. Method : By a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled design, 120 middle school students, aged from 12.6 to 14.0, were selected objectives with consensus from school, parents and students after fully informed and divided randomly into intervention group and control group. Intervention group was given 24 g Walnut through two cans (240 mL per can )of Walnut milk per day, and control group was given placebo, the similar product for 30 days. The cognitive function was evaluated by the clinical memory test before and after the intervention for each student. Results : The scores of the directed memory test, the associative learning test, the image free recall test and the memory quotient in experimental students were significantly higher than that before the intake of Walnut supplementation (P 〈 0.01). And the scores of the directed memory test, the associative learning test, the recognition of meaningless graphics, the portrait characteristic relationship recall test and the memory quotient were significantly higher than the placebo groups (P 〈 0.01) . Conclusion: Walnut supplementation could improve the memory function.
