摘要
目的通过PDCA循环提高手卫生依从性与监测效果。方法 2016年7月—2017年3月,运用PDCA循环对我科手卫生依从性进行改进、对手卫生效果进行监测。结果 2016年7月—2017年3月,我科手卫生的依从性由47. 08%上升到78%,差异有统计学意义(X^2=329. 1,P <0. 00);手卫生监测合格率由53. 97%上升到82. 44%,差异有统计学意义(X^2=24. 13,P <0. 00)。结论运用PDCA循环管理方法能显著提高口腔科工作人员的手卫生依从性,手卫生监测效果明显提高。
Objective To improve hand hygiene compliance and monitoring effect through PDCA cycle. Methods From July 2016 to March 2017, PDCA cycle was used to improve hand hygiene compliance and monitor hand hygiene effect. Results From July 2016 to March 2017, the compliance of hand hygiene in our department rose from 47. 08% to 78%. The difference was statistically significant （ x2 = 329. 1, P 〈 0. 00 ）. Hand hygiene monitoring qualified rate was up from 53.97% to 82.44%. The difference was statistically significant （ x2 =24.13 ,P 〈 0. 00）. Conclusion PDCA cycle management method can significantly improve the hand hygiene compliance of stomatological staff and the effect of hand hygiene monitoring has been obviously improved.
