摘要
目的通过调查分析比较养老机构护士与医疗机构老年相关科室护士的职业倦怠水平,老年护理护士职业倦怠的影响因素,为预防和改善职业倦怠的发生,稳定从事老年护理护士群体提供依据。方法采用MBI-HSS对云南省老年护理工作护士进行问卷调查,采用统计描述、均数比较、方差分析和多重线性回归分析。结果老年护理护士职业倦怠阳性率为55. 71%,养老机构护士职业倦怠阳性率为73. 33%,医疗机构老年相关科室护士为50%。多重回归分析显示运动锻炼与从事老年护理工作年限与职业倦怠感有关。结论养老机构护士职业倦怠阳性率高于医疗机构老年相关科室护士,运动锻炼与从事老年护理工作年限是从事老年护理护士职业倦怠的影响因素。
Objective To analyze and compare the level of occupational burnout between geriatric nurses in medical institutions and nurses in rest - homes, find the influencing factors and prevent the occupation burnout from happening so as to stabilize geriatric nurses as a group. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among nurses in three medical institutions in Yunnan province and three rest - homes in MBI - HSS. The data were analyzed by statistical description, mean comparison, variance analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Results The positive rate of occupational burnout in geriatric nurses was 55.71%, the positive rate among nurses in rest -homes was 73.33%, and nurses in medical institutions were 50%. Multiple regression analysis showed that physical exercise and the working years are related to the sense of occupational burnout. Conclusion The positive rate of occupational burnout among nurses in rest - homes is higher than that in medical institutions. Physical exercise and the working years of geriatric nurses are the factors that affect their occupational burnout.
