摘要
目的 :探讨使用低频脉冲电刺激疗法治疗产褥期乳腺炎的效果。方法 :选取2016年2月至2017年6月期间四川省自贡市富顺县妇幼保健院收治的92例产褥期乳腺炎患者作为研究对象。随机将这些患者分为对照组和观察组。为对照组患者使用常规疗法进行治疗。为观察组患者在使用常规疗法进行治疗的基础上使用低频脉冲电刺激疗法进行治疗。然后观察两组患者治疗的效果及治疗开始至病情被治愈的时间。结果 :观察组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,其治疗开始至病情治愈的时间短于对照组患者,P <0.05。结论 :使用低频脉冲电刺激疗法治疗产褥期乳腺炎的效果显著,可快速治愈患者的病情。
Objective： to investigate the effect of low frequency pulsed electric stimulation（LSBS） on puerperal mastitis. Methods： 92 patients with puerperal mastitis admitted to fushun county maternal and child health hospital in zigong city, sichuan province from February 2016 to June 2017 were selected as subjects. These patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy. The patients in the observation group were treated with low-frequency pulsed electric stimulation therapy on the basis of conventional therapy. Then, the effect of treatment and the time between the beginning and the end of treatment were observed. Results： the total therapeutic efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the duration of treatment from the beginning to the cure of the disease was shorter than that of the control group, P 0.05. Conclusion： the treatment of puerperal mastitis with low frequency pulsed electric stimulation is effective and can cure the disease quickly.
