摘要
目的对临床医学检验质量控制的措施进行探析。方法将我院120例需要进行临床医学检验的患者作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组各60例,并分别给予检验质量控制措施和常规检验,对两组患者的检验差错发生率以及临床满意程度进行对比。结果实验组60例患者的检验差错发生率为5.00%,临床总满意度为96.66%;对照组60例患者的检验差错发生率为28.33%,临床总满意度为71.66%,P<0.05。结论对临床医学检验采用质量控制措施,能够降低检验差错发生率和提高患者的临床满意度,值得临床广泛应。
Objective to explore quality control measures in clinical medical Examination. Methods treat 120 patients for clinical medical examination in our hospital as study ojbects, divide them into experimental and control group randomly, 60 cases in each. Treat them with test quality control measures and routine test respectively. Compare incidence of test errors and clinical satisfaction of two groups. Results incidence of test errors of experimental group was 5.00%, and total clinical satisfaction was 96.66%, incidence of test errors of control group was 28.33%, and total clinical satisfaction was 71.66%, P0.05. Conclusionquality control measures can reduce incidence of test errors and improve clinical satisfaction degree of patients in clinical medical examination, which is worthy of application and promotion.
