摘要
为了能够更加高效地开发油气田,减少油气井事故的发生,油气井完整性管理作为一种新兴的概念被提出来,而井筒完整性管理又是其重中之重.井筒完整性的研究主要包括井下管柱及附件完整性、井下作业完整性、井口系统完整性等,其中井下管柱及附件完整性分为油套管的安全性、密封性,井下作业完整性分为钻完井、固井、生产完整性.井筒完整性对于油田的安全高效生产具有重要的意义,而国内对井筒完整性研究的起步较晚,应从理解认识、标准制定、风险评价等方面对井筒完整性进行研究应用.
In order to develop oil and gas fields more efficiently and reduce the occurrence of accident in oil and gas wells,the integrity management of oil and gas wells is proposed as a new concept,and the integrity management of wellbore is the most important. In this paper,the research progress of wellbore integrity is introduced,including the integrity of downhole pipe string and accessories,the integrity of downhole operation,and the integrity of wellhead system and so on. Among them,the integrity of downhole pipe string and accessories is divided into the safety and sealing of oil casing,and the integrity of downhole operation is divided into the integrity of drilling completion,cementing and production. The analysis shows that wellbore integrity is of great significance for the safe and efficient production of the oilfield,and the research on wellbore integrity in China started relatively late. The integrity of wellbore should be studied and applied from aspects of understanding,standard formulation and risk evaluation and so on.
