摘要
双焦镜片的附加屈光度区是偏离主屈光度区,偏心位置要求严格,在实际生产中不易控制容易产生误差,不适应批量生产。提出了一种设计方案,在偏心铣磨加工中对镜片一次装夹,解决了由于定位基准造成的附加屈光度区光轴方向偏差,与后道工序精磨的定位配合问题。所提夹具在实际中使用中具有良好的加工工艺性和经济性。
The additional diopter zone of the bifocal lens deviates from the main diopter zone,and the eccentric position is strictly required.It is difficult to control errors in practical production and is not suitable for mass production.A design scheme is put forward.The lens is clamped once in the process of eccentric milling and grinding,which solves the problem of the orientation matching of the optical axis in the additional diopter region caused by the positioning datum and the precision grinding in the back path process.The fixture is used in practice and has good processing technology and economy.
