233株口腔感染患者病原菌分布及其对抗菌药物的耐药性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析口腔感染患者病原菌的分布及其对抗菌药物的耐药性,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:选取2017年2月—2018年2月期间口腔外科收治的口腔感染患者98例资料,统计和分其口腔分泌物病原菌培养和药物敏感试验结果。结果:98例患者口腔分泌物的病原菌培养结果显示检出细菌233株,其中厌氧菌所占比例高于需氧菌(P<0.05),主要为口腔链球菌、牙龈卟啉单胞菌和黑色素普氏菌等;厌氧菌的药物敏感试验结果显示,万古霉素、头孢曲松和四环素等对病原菌的敏感性较高,而红霉素、磺胺甲噁唑和克林霉素对病原菌的敏感性较低。结论:口腔感染患者的主要病原菌为厌氧菌,其以口腔链球菌为主,万古霉素、头孢曲松和四环素等对病原菌的敏感性较高;临床治疗因根据病原菌的分布和药物敏感试验结果,合理选用第3代头孢菌素类与万古霉素等抗菌药物治疗。
