曲轴用非调质钢49MnVS3的变形抗力模型研究

摘要 采用Gleeble-3500热模拟机对非调质钢49MnVS3进行了单道次热压缩试验。通过Origin软件对不同变形条件下的真应力-真应变进行分析。分别采用井上胜郎模型、Hensel-Spittel模型和周纪华-管克智模型建立了49MnVS3钢的变形抗力模型。结果表明,周纪华-管克智模型的拟合度最高;多元非线性回归模型的拟合结果与试验数据较为吻合,拟合精度较高。 A single pass hot compression test was carried out on non-quenched and tempered steel 49 MnVS3 by using Gleeble-3500 thermal simulator. The true stress-true strain data under different deformation conditions were analyzed by using origin software. The deformation resistance model of 49 MnVS3 steel was established respectively by using Inuoe Katsuro model, Hensel-Spittel model and Zhou Jihua-Guan Kezhi model. The results show that the fitting degree of Zhou Jihua-Guan Kezhi's model is the highest. The fitting result of multiple nonlinear regression model is in good agreement with the experimental data, and the fitting precision is the highest.
