摘要
目的探讨金水宝胶囊联合肾复康胶囊治疗慢性肾炎肾虚血瘀证临床疗效观察及对肾功能的影响。方法选取慢性肾小球肾炎患者86例作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组与参照组各43例,治疗组采用金水宝胶囊联合肾复康胶囊治疗,参照组采用常规住院治疗,比较两组临床治疗有效率及对肝、肾功能的影响。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率90.70%(39/43)明显高于参照组[76.74%(33/43)],组间比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗组24h尿蛋白定量、Scr及BUN水平均明显低于参照组(P <0.05);治疗组TP、ALB水平均明显高于参照组,而ALT、AST水平明显低于参照组(P <0.05)。结论金水宝胶囊联合肾复康胶囊治疗慢性肾炎肾虚血瘀证的临床疗效确切,可有效降低24h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐及尿素氮水平,且在用药过程中对肝功能损害较少,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of Jinshuibao capsule combined with Shenfukang capsule in treating chronic nephritis with nephritis with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and its effect on renal function. Methods Eighty-six patients with chronic glomerulonephritis（CG） were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into treatment group and reference group, with 43 patients in each group. The treatment group was treated with Jinshuibao capsule combined with Shenfukang capsule, and the reference group was treated with routine hospitalization. The effectiveness of clinical treatment and the impact on liver and kidney function of two groups were compared. Results Afler treatment, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.70%（39/43） which was significantly higher than 76.74%（33/43） of reference group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups（P 〈 0.05）. The 24h urinary protein quantitation, levels of Ser and BUN were significantly lower than those in the reference group（P 〈 0.05）. The levels of TP and ALB in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the reference group, while the levels of ALT and AST were significantly lower than those in the reference group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of Jinshuibao capsule combined with Shenfukang capsule in the treatment of chronic nephritis with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome is definite, which can effectively reduce 24h urinary protein quantitation, serum ereatinine and urea nitrogen levels, and has less damage to liver function in the course of medication. It is safe and reliable, and worthy of clinical application.
