摘要
超深井钻井工艺难度较大,对钻井液性能要求较高,近年来钻井实践表明,超深井钻井过程存着着井眼扩径、二叠系漏失频繁、奥陶系漏失量大和出现卡钻等问题。因此,需要根据相关的地质特征,优化设计钻井液体系及密度,以达到高效钻井的工艺目的。根据地质特征及钻井液设计要求,设计了四开钻井过程相应的钻井液体系,并开展了储层防护方面的工作,实际钻井效果表明,优化后的钻井液体系应用效果良好,降低了钻井事故的发生。
The drilling of ultra deep well is very difficult, and it requires high performance of drilling fluid. In recent years, drilling practice has shown that there are many problems such as hole enlargement, frequent leakage of Permian system, large leakage of Ordovician system and sticking drilling in the process of ultra deep well drilling. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the design of drilling fluid system and density according to the relevant geological characteristics, so as to achieve the goal of efficient drilling. According to the geological characteristics and the design requirements of drilling fluid, the drilling fluid system corresponding to the four open drilling process was designed, and the protection of the reservoir was carried out. The actual drilling results show that the optimized drilling fluid system has good application effect and can reduce the occurrence of drilling accidents.
