摘要
本研究旨在探讨大学生的学习动机与时间管理倾向之间的关系,为提高大学生学习动机水平提供依据。方法:采用了《学习动机量表》、《青少年时间管理倾向量表(ATMD)》对广州市某民办本科院校的3549名同学进行施测。结果:(1)学习动机在大学生的性别、年级上存在显著差异,但在专业类型、生源地与是否独生上不存在显著差异。(2)时间管理倾向在大学生的年级上存在显著差异,但在性别、专业类型、生源地与是否独生上都不存在显著差异。(3)大学生的学习动机水平与时间管理倾向存在显著正相关(p<0.01),并且大学生的时间管理倾向能很好地预测学习动机水平。
The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between the college students’ learning motivation and time management disposition,so as to provide evidence for improving their learning motivation.Methods:3549 students from a private university in Guangzhou were tested with the learning motivation scale and the adolescent time management disposition scale(ATMD).Results:(1) For the college students’ learning motivation,there are significant differences in their gender and grade,but there are no significant differences in their specialty,birthplace and only one child in family or not.(2) For the college students’ time management disposition,there is significant difference in their grade,but there are no significant differences in their gender,specialty,birthplace and only one child in family or not.(3) There is a significant positive correlation between learning motivation level and time management disposition of the college students(p〈0.01),and the time management disposition of the college students’ can predict the level of their learning motivation very well.
