摘要
目的:探讨健康教育路径对消化内镜检查患者焦虑情绪及生理应激影响的临床意义。方法:选取我院2016年1月-2017年6月行消化内镜检查患者110例,按随机数字法分为实验组(n=55)和对照组(n=55),实验组患者行健康教育路径,对照组行常规护理。分别比较两组患者入院时及检查后SDS评分、SAS评分、疼痛分级及护理满意度。结果:两组检查后的抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(t=22.93,14.66,14.87,7.85;P〈0.05);干预后实验组SDS评分和SAS评分低于对照组(t=-8.127,-2.307;P〈0.05),差异有统计学意义;实验组与对照组患者应用健康教育路径后疼痛情况差异有统计学意义(χ~2=12.312,P〈0.05),同时两组患者对护理人员的护理满意度差异亦有统计学意义(χ~2=7.624,P〈0.05);结论:健康教育路径在消化内镜检查中能够缓解患者焦虑情绪,减少患者的生理应激,具有一定临床意义。
Objective:To explore the clinical significance of health education pathway on anxiety and physiological stress in patients undergoing digestive endoscopy.Methods:A total of 110 cases of digestive endoscopy in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group( n = 55) and control group( n = 55). The experimental group received health education pathway,and the control group received routine nursing. The SDS score,SAS score,pain classification and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups at admission and after examination.Results:The two groups SDS scores and SAS scores were significantly lower after examination than those before the intervention(t= 22.93,14.66,14.87,7.85;P〈0.05);the intervention group SDS score and SAS score was significantly lower than the control group( t =-8.127,2.307;P〈0.05),Pain improvement after application health education pathway of patients was different between the experimental group and control group( x 2 = 12.312,P〈0.05). Patient satisfaction with nursing staff was also greatly improved( χ~2= 7.624,P〈0.05).Conclusion:Health education pathway in digestive endoscopy can alleviate the anxiety of patients,reduce their physiological stress which has a certain clinical significance.
