摘要
目的 探究分析电子腹腔镜在普外科急腹症患者中的应用价值.方法 将2016年10月至2017年8月期间在本院进行治疗的普外科急腹症患者为研究对象,将符合纳入标准的180例患者采用随机数字表法分为两组.其中90例患者采用传统剖腹探查术诊治,设置为对比组;另90例患者采用电子腹腔镜诊治,设置为实验组.比较两组手术指标、住院时间、切口感染率,并对比两组治疗前后运动能力（Fugl-Meyer）以及日常生活活动能力（Barthel）评分.结果 实验组手术时间为（60.23±12.28） min、术后排气时间为（5.31±1.11）h、住院时间为（7.66±1.25）d,均短于对比组,且术中出血量为（105.62±13.45）ml、切口感染率为3.33％,低于对比组（P＜0.05）;治疗后实验组Fugl-Meyer为（78.44±5.61）分、Barthel评分为（80.66±4.36）分,均高于对比组（P＜0.05）.结论 在普外科急腹症患者的诊治中,采用电子腹腔镜的效果更佳,安全可靠,值得在今后临床中推广应用.
Objective To investigate and analyze the application value of electronic laparoscopy in general surgery patients with acute abdomen.Methods 180 general surgery patients with acute abdomen who met the inclusion criteria and were treated in our hospital from October 2016 to August 2017 were selected as subjects and were divided into two groups with the random number table method.Among them,90 patients were treated with traditional laparotomy （the comparison group）,the other 90 patients were treated with electronic laparoscopy （the experimental group）.The operative parameters,length of hospital stay,incision infection rate were compared between the two groups,and the two groups were compared before and after treatment with Fugl-Meyer and Barthel scores.Results In the experimental group,the operation time was （60.234±12.28） min,the postoperative venting time was （5.31 ± 1.11） h,and hospitalization time was （7.66± 1.25） d,which were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was （105.62±13.45） ml,the incision infection rate was 3.33%,which were lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）.After the treatment,the Fugl-Meyer score in the experimental group was （78.44±5.61） points,and the Barthel score was （80.66±4.36） points,which were higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the diagnosis and treatment of patients with acute abdomen in general surgery,the use of electronic laparoscopy is better,safe and reliable,worthy of popularization and application in the future.
