摘要
水电工程安全预评价在为工程设计、施工、监理、运行提供科学依据、促进建设单位提高安全生产管理水平等方面发挥着重要作用。结合水电工安全预评价的工作实践,提出应从正确引用评价依据、全面准确地辨识危险有害因素、科学评价、提高对策措施的针对性等方面进一步提高水电工程安全预评价报告质量。
The safety pre evaluation of hydropower project plays an important role in the engineering design, construction, supervision, operation and provide scientific basis, and promote the construction unit to improve safety management level and so on. In this paper, combined with the practice of water electrician safety pre evaluation, the paper puts forward that we should further improve the safety pre evaluation report quality of hydropower projects in the aspects of correct reference evaluation basis, comprehensive and accurate identification of hazardous factors, scientific evaluation, and improving measures.
