摘要
首先从社会资本视角对知识共创的相关研究进行梳理和辨析,提出组织内部知识共创研究模型。基于全国名医工作室数据的实证研究发现,社会资本价值观对知识共创分别具有间接和直接的正向影响;职业资历负向调节知识共享对知识共创的正向影响。最后,提出社会资本价值观共享在知识共创中具有重要作用,发展嵌入于社会网络中的角色有利于提升组织内部知识共创绩效。
Firstly, this paper reviews and discusses the studies of knowledge co-creation from the social capital perspective, and proposes the model of knowledge co-creation within the organization. Based on the data from Chinese Famous Doctor Studios, the empirical results show that, the cognition of the social capital value has direct and indirect positive impacts on knowledge co-creation separately, the knowledge sharing has a positive effect on knowledge co-creation, and career age negatively moderates this relationship. Finally, the findings highlight the important role played by sharing cognition of social capital value in knowledge co-creation. In particular, it is important to develop the roles embedded in social networks for performance improvement in knowledge co-creation within the organization.
