摘要
R1233zd(E)是一种ODP值为零且GWP值极低、低毒性、不可燃的新型制冷剂。本文从制冷剂的热力学特性、流动换热特性和简单制冷循环性能等角度,分析若干中低压制冷剂的环保属性、安全性、充注量、压降、压缩过程、管外换热、单位容积制冷量和COP,综合雷达图得出R1233zd(E)具备较好的离心式冷水机组应用前景,是正加速淘汰的R123和面临削减的R245fa的优秀替代物。
R1233zd(E) is a new generation refrigerant with nearly zero ODP and extremely low GWP, low-toxicity and non-flammability. From the aspects of thermodynamic properties, flow and heat transfer properties, and simple cycle performance, the environment, safety, charge amount, pressure loss, compression, external heat transfer, volumetric cooling capacity and COP for several medium-low pressure refrigerants are analyzed. Radar figures show that R1233zd (E) has promising application prospect for the centrifugal chiller, and it is a good alternative for phasing-out R123 and reducing R245fa.
