摘要
无刷直流电机因其良好的调速特性、 系统鲁棒性得到了多个领域的关注, 其结构简单, 具有全面且稳定的控制系统, 对诸多行业的发展具有重要影响.本文首先提出了电机所要达到的基本性能参数, 初步确定此外转子无刷直流电机的结构参数, 基于AnsoftMaxwell有限元仿真软件, 对电机性能做了初步分析, 并描述了电机结构参数与性能之间的关系.
Brushless DC motor has been concerned in many fields because of its good speed regulation and system ro- bustness. It has a simple structure and a comprehensive and stable control system. It has an important impact on the development of many industries. This paper first presented the basic performance parameters of the motor, and pre- liminarily determineed the structure parameters of the rotor brushless DC motor. Based on the Ansoft Maxwell finite element simulation software, the performance of the motor was preliminarily analyzed, and the relationship between the structure parameters and the performance of the motor was described.
