巨噬细胞集落刺激因子在胃癌组织中的表达及其对肿瘤侵袭转移的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(CSF1)在胃癌组织中的表达及其对肿瘤侵袭转移的影响。方法选取武汉市中心医院在2015年1月至2017年2月间收治的100例胃癌患者作为研究对象。采用免疫组织化学法检测胃癌组织中CSF1、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、甲羟戊酸脱羧酶(MVD)、β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)、E-钙黏附素(E-cadherin)、CD68、CD163、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)及CD31的表达。结果 CSF1高表达样本数占50%,染色强度为(2.77±0.39)分,低表达样本数占50%,染色强度为(0.92±0.21)分;CSF1高表达患者的肿瘤胞膜不完整率明显高于CSF1低表达组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);CSF1高表达患者的VEGF、MVD、MMP-9及M2型肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(M2-TAM)表达量显著高于低表达组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);VEGF、MVD、MMP-9及M2-TAM表达均与CSF1表达呈显著正相关;CSF1高表达组患者E-cadherin表达显著低于低表达组,β-catenin显著高于低表达组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且E-cadherin表达与CSF1呈显著负相关,β-catenin表达与CSF1呈显著正相关。结论 CSF1的高表达与炎性反应程度以及胃癌上皮细胞-间充质转化密切相关。 Objective This paper attempts to investigate the expression of macrophage colony stimulating factor in gastric carcinoma and its effect on tumor invasion and metastasis.Methods From January 2015 to February 2017, 100 patients with gastric carcinoma in Wuhan Central Hospital were selected as the study subjects. The expressions of CSF1, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), mevalonate decarboxylase (MVD), β-catenin, E-cadherin, CD68, CD163, matrix metalloprotein-9 (MMP-9), and CD31 were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results The high expression of CSF1 accounted for 50% of the number of samples, with a staining intensity of (2.77±0.39). The low expression of CSF1 accounted for 50% of the number of samples, with a staining intensity of (0.92± 0.21 ). The high expression of CSF1 in tumor patients with incomplete capsule was significantly higher than that of CSF1 low expression group, and the difference is statistically significant ( P 〈0.05). The expression of VEGF, MVD, MMP-9, and M2-TAM in CSF1 high expression group was significantly higher than those in the low expression group, and the difference is statistically significant ( P 〈0.05). The expression of VEGF, MVD, MMP-9, and M2-TAMs was positively correlated to the expression of CSF1. The expression of E-cadherin in CSF1 high expression group was significantly lower than that in the low expression group ( P 〈0.05). The expression of β-catenin in CSF1 high expression group was significantly higher than that in the low expression group ( P 〈0.05). The expression of E-cadherin was significantly negative correlation to CSF1. The expression of β-catenin was significantly positively correlated to CSF1.Conclusion The high expression of CSF1 is closely related to the degree of inflammatory reaction and gastric cancer epithelial-mesenchymal transition.
