摘要
目的:探析综合护理干预对躁狂症患者治疗依从性的临床效果情况。方法:选取笔者所在医院接收的躁狂症92例患者为研究对象,随机分设研究组和对照组两组,每组46例。予以对照组常规护理,在常规护理的基础上,予以研究组综合护理干预。比较观察经不同方法护理取得的护理效果情况。结果:干预后,参照组患者的依从率显著低于研究组(P<0.05);研究组干预后社会能力、兴趣和个人卫生等积极因素均高于参照组,而亢进、精神症状和迟缓等消极因素均低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的GAS评分显著高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:对躁狂症患者予以综合护理干预,其护理干预效果良好,不仅能有助于患者治疗依从性的提升,而且还有助于患者生活质量的提升,对患者病情恢复能起到一定的促进作用。
Objective：To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the compliance of manic patients.Method：A total of 92 patients with mania received in author’s hospital were selected as the subjects,and 46 cases were randomly divided into the research group and the control group.The control group received routine care,on the basis of routine care,the research received comprehensive care intervention.The results of nursing obtained by different methods were compared.Result：After the intervention,the compliance rate of the reference group was significantly lower than that of the study group（P〈0.05）. The positive factors such as social ability,interest and personal hygiene were higher in the study group than in the reference group,and the negative factors such as hyperthyroidism, mental symptoms and retardation were lower than the reference group,and the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.The GAS score of the patients in the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive nursing intervention for manic patients has a good effect,which can not only improve the patients＇ treatment compliance,but also improve the patients＇ quality of life,and can play a certain role in promoting the patients＇ recovery.
