摘要
中国老龄化趋势严峻性,实施健康老龄化养老战略的重要性,特色体育休闲小镇的实效性,是现实我国建设老年人休闲体育小镇所必需。人口规模、购买力水平、购买欲望是支配一个市场需求状况基本要素,庞大的老龄群体的特殊需求不断增长,是促成老年人休闲体育小镇的人口、购买基础。在此基础上,提出了建设和培育老年人体育休闲小镇的建议和对策:1.在产业定位上,依托当地的资源禀赋,产业科技驱动,医疗服务导入的发展模式。2.在发展定位上,老年人为整个发展群体,以老年人有关的体育项目及文化为主导,为老年人搭建更多的交流平台。3.目标定位上,建立一些具有代表性老年人休闲体育小镇,形成以老年人为群体的自我特色小镇品牌效应。
The necessity of building elderly theme sport town is originated from the serious aging trend in China,the importance of realizing healthy elderly guarantee strategy,and the effectiveness of leisure sports town. The size of the population,the level of purchasing power,and the desire to purchase are the basic elements that govern a market demand situation. The special needs of the huge elderly group are growing,which is the basis for the population and purchase foundation of leisure sports towns. On this basis,the suggestions and countermeasures for the construction and cultivation of sports towns for the elderly are put forward: 1. In terms of industrial positioning,relying on the local resource endowment,industrial technology drive,and the development model of medical service introduction. 2. In terms of development orientation,taking the elderly are the entire development group,the sports and culture related to the elderly as the leading factor,to build more communication platforms for the elderly. 3. In terms of target positioning,establishing several representative elderly sports towns to form a self-characteristic group town brand effect.
