船舶附加组合节能装置水动力性能研究

摘要 采用CFD计算软件,对目标船型的附加组合节能装置水动力性能进行了研究。主要探究在船-桨-舵-舵球式推力鳍基础上,加装桨前导流管对船舶节能效果的影响。通过数值计算分析,桨前导流管对桨前来流的整流和增速效果明显。在设定船速下,提高螺旋桨推力3.1%左右,降低扭矩约2.8%,船舶节能和螺旋桨减振效果明显。 In this paper, the hydrodynamic performance of the additional combined energy-saving equipment of the target ship type is studied by using CFD software. Based on the study on the ship-propeller-rudder-redder spherical thrust fin, the article mainly studies the energy-saving effect of adding a draft tube before the propeller on the ship. Through numerical calculation and analysis, the effect of the front draft tube on the propeller is obvious. At the given speed, the propeller thrust is increased by about 3.1% and the torque is reduced by about 2.8%. The energy saving and vibration reduction effect of the propeller is obvious.
