摘要
以南京工业职业技术学院与捷豹路虎有限公司的合作为例,从机制建设、硬件投入、师资队伍、课程体系四个方面详细阐述了实践过程。结合实践中取得的成果和遇到的问题,通过数据分析与实践,探索了一些创新做法,提出了建议对策。
The modern apprenticeship system is a further deepening of the school-enterprise cooperation and the combination of work and study, and has played a good role in improving the quality of talent training in higher vocational education. Taking the cooperation between Nanjing Industrial Vocational Technology College and Jaguar Land Rover Co., Ltd. as an example, this paper elaborates the practical process from four aspects: mechanism construction, hardware investment, teacher team and curriculum system. Combining the achievements and problems encountered in practice, through the data analysis and practice, the paper explores some innovative practices and suggests countermeasures.
