摘要
高速永磁电机运行时转子产生较大离心力,为了避免电机转子失效,在设计阶段对电机转子静力学与模态分析至关重要。以转速高达90000 r/min永磁发电机为研究对象,通过三维软件UG建立该高速电机转子模型,在ANSYS软件中对转子进行静力学分析,得出电机转子在高速工况下变形和应力分布规律;通过模态分析,得到了电机转子结构固有频率和振型云图,最后进行了样机制作并配套永磁发电机。相关研究工作为高速永磁发电机设计提供了一定参考价值。
The rotor of high - speed permanent magnet motor produces large centrifugal force when it is running. In order to avoid the rotor failure, the static analysis and modal analysis of the rotor are veryimportant in the design stage. Taking a high -speed permanent magnet generator with 90000 r/min speed as the research object,its rotor model is established by UG. The static analysis of the rotor is carried out in ANSYS software. The deformation and stress distribution of the rotor under high -speed working conditions are obtained. Through modal analysis, the natural frequencies and mode shapes of the rotor structure are obtained. Finally, the prototype is made and matched to the permanent magnet generator. The research work provides a reference for the design of high speed permanent magnet generator.
