摘要
目的:应用正畸标准指数(peer assessment rating,PAR)比较PASS生理支抗矫治器和Damon自锁矫治器在安氏Ⅰ类错治疗的效果。方法:选取西安交通大学附属口腔医院正畸科2012年1月-2017年12月采用PASS生理支抗矫治器和Damon自锁矫治器完成治疗的安氏Ⅰ类患者80例,每组40例,以是否拔牙进一步分组,每小组各20例,对每组治疗前后的模型进行PAR指数测评,并对测量结果进行统计学检验。结果:PASS治疗组拔牙病例矫治后在前牙排列和后牙排列项目的PAR分值低于DAMON组(P<0.05),其余各项PAR值无统计学差异(P>0.05);两组患者非拔牙病例治疗各项PAR分值及PAR差值均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:PASS矫治技术在安氏Ⅰ类拔牙病例的矫治效果优于DAMON技术,体现在前牙及后牙排列的控制上。
Objective To compare the occlusal peer assessment rating （PAR） index in class I patients treated by means of PASS appliance and DAMON appliance. Methods 80 cases fnished with PASS and DAMON appliance between 2012-2017 were selected, 40 cases in each group. According to the extraction pattern,the samples were further divided into two subgroups, and each subgroup had 20 cases. The PAR index on pre- and post-treatment dental casts was recorded respectively and the data were analyzed statistically. Results Estimated with the post-treatment PAR scores of anterior and posterior teeth alignment,the treatment with PASS appliance was lower than that with DAMON group （P〈0.05）,there was no signifcant difference in other PAR values （P〉0.05） between two groups.There was no statistical difference in PAR scores and PAR differences between the two groups with no extraction （P〉0.05）. Conclusion PASS technique is superior to DAMON technique in the treatment of Angle＇s class I extraction cases, which is refected in the control of anterior and posterior teeth alignment.
