摘要
脑小血管病性非痴呆型血管性认知功能障碍(SVD-VCIND)属本虚标实之证,以肾虚髓亏为本,血瘀窍阻为标,治疗宜补肾填精、滋阴养血、活血化瘀。养阴和瘀通窍汤是郭宏敏教授结合多年临床经验总结而成,以滋肾填精为本、化瘀通窍治标为治疗原则,临床验证发现可改善老年患者认知障碍,提高其生活质量。
Non-dementia vascular cognitive impairment of cerebral small vascular disease（NDVCI-CSVD） is characterized by deficiency in nature and excess in superficiality, i.e. Kidney-deficiency is the root cause and blood stasis blocking orifices is the manifestations. The treatment should be tonifying Kidney to fill essence, nourishing Yin-blood, and promote blood circulation. The formula of Yangyin Heyu Tongqiao Decoction based on this treatment principle, can improve the cognitive impairment in elderly patients and improve their life qualities.
