摘要
目的探究桂枝芍药知母汤治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效及对血清类风湿因子(RF)、白介素6(IL-6)和粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)水平的影响。方法按随机数字表法将120例类风湿性关节炎患者分为研究组及对照组各60例,其中研究组给予桂枝芍药知母汤联合口服美洛昔康分散片治疗,对照组给予口服美洛昔康分散片治疗。于治疗前、治疗3周后检测两组患者相关血清生化指标(RF、IL-6、GM-CSF)表达情况,以疼痛指数[视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)]及疾病活动性[改良疾病活动性评分(Das28)]评估患者治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗3周后,血清生化指标(RF、IL-6、GM-CSF)水平及VAS、Das28评分结果均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01),且研究组低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论桂枝芍药知母汤能够改善患者临床症状及血清中炎症因子水平,有效治疗类风湿性关节炎。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Guizhishaoyaozhimu Decoction in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and influence on serum RF,IL-6 and GM-CSF.Methods 120 cases with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,60 cases in each group,the observation group was given Guizhishaoyaozhimu Decoction combined with oral meloxicam dispersible tablets,and the control group was given oral meloxicam dispersible tablets.The related serum biochemical factors（RF,IL-6,GM-CSF） expression situation of the two groups before treatment and 3w after treatment were detected.Pain index（VAS） and disease activity（Das28） were used to evaluate the treatment effect of patients.Results 3w after treatment,serum biochemical factors（RF,IL-6,GM-CSF） levels and VAS,Das28 scores of the two groups were all significantly declined compared with those before treatment（P〈0.01）,and the observation group was lower than the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Guizhishaoyaozhimu Decoction can improve clinical symptoms of patients and levels of inflammatory factors,it can treat the rheumatoid arthritis effectively.
