生化标志物在骨质疏松诊断、骨折预测和效果观察中的应用

摘要 目的探究生化标志物在骨质疏松诊断、骨折预测和效果观察中的应用价值。方法方便选取2017年3月—2018年3月该院收治的骨质酥松患者1 500例作为实验组,同时选取体检健康人员100名作为对照组,观察生化标志物对诊断骨质酥松以及预测骨折的应用效果。结果实验组患者的BAP、25-OH-VD检测值分别为(20.37±5.18)μg/L、(37.45±6.47)nmol/L均明显低于对照组健康人员的(37.56±6.57)μg/L、(43.67±7.14)nmol/L (t=18.248、8.657,P=0.001、0.021);发生骨折的患者中BAP、25-OH-VD检测值为(18.25±3.47)μg/L、(35.28±5.18)nmol/L均明显低于未发生骨折患者的(20.27±5.12)μg/L、(37.65±5.28)nmol/L(t=6.254、5.317,P=0.031、0.037);实验组患者治疗前与治疗后1个月在BAP、TRACP-5B、25-OH-VD几项指标上对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨质酥松的发展比较容易引发骨折,而生化标志物对骨质酥松病症的诊断与预测骨折以及评估治疗效果均具有较高应用价值。 Objective To explore the application value of biochemical markers in the diagnosis of osteoporosis, fracture prediction and effect observation. Methods A total of 1 500 patients with osteoporosis treated in the hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were convenient enrolled as the experimental group. 100 healthy subjects were selected as the control group. Biochemical markers were used to diagnose bone crisp and predict fracture application effect. Results The BAP and 25-OH-VD values ??in the experimental group were (20.37±5.18)μg/L and (37.45±6.47)nmol/L, respectively, which were significantly lower than those of the healthy controls, (37.56±6.57)μg/L, (43.67 ±7.14)nmol/L (t=18.248, 8.657,P=0.001,0.021); BAP, 25-OH-VD detection values in patients with fractures were (18.25±3.47)μg/L, (35.28±5.18)nmol/L, significantly lower than (20.27±5.12)μg/L, (37.65±5.28)nmol/L (t=6.254, 5.317,P=0.031,0.037) in patients without fracture. The patients in the experimental group were treated before treatment and I month after treatment. There were significant differences in the comparison of BAP, TRACP-5B and 25-OH-VD, which were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The development of osteoporosis is more likely to cause fractures, and biochemical markers have higher application value for the diagnosis and prediction of fractures of bone and psoriasis.
