摘要
目的研究以问题为导向的管理模式对体检中心护理质量的影响。方法随机抽取2017年4—11月100例体检者作为研究对象,采用随机综合序贯法分为对照组和实验组,各50名。对照组采用常规管理,实验组采用以问题为导向的管理模式进行干预。观察患者依从性及护理工作质量评分。结果实验组依从性(98.00%),对照组依从性(76.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组护理工作质量评分(91.46±1.32)分,对照组护理工作质量评分(70.44±1.42)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以问题为导向的管理模式对体检中心护理质量有重要影响,可提高体检依从性及护理工作质量,值得临床推广。
Objective To research the effect of problem-oriented management model on the nursing quality in the physical examination center. Methods 100 cases of physical examiners from April to November 2017 were randomly extracted and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each, the control group used the routine management, while the experimental group used the issue-oriented management model for intervention, and the compliance and nursing work quality scores were observed. Results The compliance in the experimental group and in the control group was respectively 98.00%and 76.00%, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05), and the nursing work quality score in the experimental group and in the control group was respectively(91.46±1.32)points and(70.44±1.42)points, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The effect of problem-oriented management model on the nursing quality in the physical examination center is important, which can improve the physical examination compliance and nursing work quality,and it is worth clinical promotion.
