摘要
目前医疗大数据呈孤岛状,未形成共享平台,只有医疗大数据共享平台的开发和运用,才能从本质上下降信息不对称性、医疗不确定性、关系复杂性,将对大数据大监管、合理医疗、医保控费、医疗数据研究起到关键作用。该文以福建医疗市场为例分析共享平台建立的必要条件。
Currently, the medical big data show the silos, without forming the sharing platform, only when we develop and apply the medical big data sharing platform can the information asymmetry, medical uncertainty and relationship complexity be decreased, which is vital to the big monitoring of big data, rational medicine, medical insurance control cost, and medical data study. And the paper analyzes the necessary conditions of medical big data platform development by taking the Fujian medical market as an example.
