摘要
目的分析研究高能量创伤性桡骨远端粉碎性骨折临床治疗方案。方法选取该院在2014年12月—-2017年9月期间收治的64例高能量创伤性桡骨远端粉碎性骨折患者作为研究对象,以随机分组的方式将患者分为研究组和对照组,各32例。对照组,行钢板内固定术,研究组,外固定支架+有限内固定术治疗,观察临床疗效。结果 (1)评价临床疗效,研究组优良率为90.6%,对照组为78.1%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.918,P=0.014)。(2)比较腕关节活动度,数据显示,研究组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)分析骨折愈合时间,研究组为(58.1±10.85)d,明显短于对照组的(71.4±11.07)d,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(t=4.853,P=0.000)。结论与传统的钢板内固定法对比,外固定支架+有限内固定术对高能量创伤性桡骨远端粉碎性骨折具有更好的临床疗效,有助于恢复腕关节活动度,且力学性能较稳定,恢复快。
Objective To analyze the clinical treatment plan of high energy traumatic comminuted fracture of the distal radius patients. Methods 64 cases of patients with high energy traumatic comminuted fracture of the distal radius ad- mitted and treated in our hospital from December 2014 to September 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 32 cases in each, the control group were treated with plate internal fixation, while the research group were treated with external fixation stent and limited internal fixation, and the clinical curative effect was observed. Results ①The clinical curative effect was evaluated, and the excellent and good rate in the research group and in the control group was respectively 90.69% and 78.1%, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=5.918, P=0.014), ②the da- ta showed that the waist joint activity degree in the research group was obviously better than that in the control group (P〈0.05), the fracture healing time in the research group was obviously shorter than that in the control group, (58.1± 10.85) d vs (71.4±11.07)d, and the difference was statistically significant (t=4.853, P=0.000) . Conclusion The clinical curative effect of external fixation stent and limited internal fixation surgery in treatment of high energy traumatic corn minuted fracture of the distal radius is better than that of traditional plate internal fixation, which contributes to the re covery of waist joint activity degree, with steady mechanical property and rapid recovery.
