飞机用硅橡胶材料加速老化试验及寿命评估研究 被引量:4

摘要 为研究飞机用硅橡胶材料的耐老化性能及贮存寿命,采用热空气加速老化的试验方法,基于阿累尼乌斯方程对橡胶材料的寿命进行了评估。试验结果表明,该硅橡胶材料压缩永久变形性能对热老化最为敏感,在使用温度为60℃,老化性能指标为临界值0. 6时,该硅橡胶的寿命为12年。 The article researched the thermal oxidation property of aircraft silicone rubber by the method of accelerated oxidation. The storage life of silicon rubber was predicted by Arrhenius equation. The experimental results showed that the compression permanent deformation property of the silicone rubber material was most sensitive to thermal aging. According to the forecasting result,when the working temperature was 60℃ and the aging performance degree is 0. 6,the life of the silicone rubber was 12 years.
