摘要
基于成果导向教育理念(OBE),结合我校应用技术型人才培养目标,建立车辆工程专业设计类课程教学改革及过程考核改革。具体体现在:通过学生参与教学过程,增强学生在课堂学习中的主导地位;参照带薪实习制、结合地方特色,建立适合我校车辆工程专业的实习体系。在此基础上,建立课堂教学和实习两个环节的过程考核,即细化课堂教学环节的考核,完善多个实习环节的考核,并将考核结果作为进一步指导课堂教学与实践教学的依据。通过两个环节的改革、两个环节的过程考核,动态优化车辆工程专业应用技术型人才的培养体系,在每个学生都得到不断提升的过程中,实现车辆工程专业的具备"工匠精神"应用技术型人才的培养目标。
Based on the OBE educational notion and in accordance with the training objectives of applied technical talents in our university, the reform on the teaching of design courses in the vehicle engineering specialty and the reform on the process assessment have been conducted in which students are encouraged to participate in the teaching and the practice system has been set up based on the CO-OP program to conform withthe local features. Meanwhile, the process assessment has been established to evaluate the classroom teaching and the practice. Through the reforms, the training system is optimized dynamically, the ability of each student enhanced, the objective to train students into talents with "craftsman spirit" realized.
