摘要
近年来,我国建筑能耗不断增长,建筑能耗模拟技术在建筑规划、设计、运行和改造中的重要作用也愈发凸显出来。在过去几十年的时间里,国内外的建筑能耗模拟技术都得到了长足的发展。然而,由于建筑环境营造及其能耗受多方面因素的共同作用,当前建筑模拟技术还不能满足对建筑性能评估和分析的要求,仍面临诸多的问题和挑战。本文基于对当前我国建筑能耗模拟技术现状的综述,总结归纳了建筑模拟技术发展的几个关键问题和研究层次,并讨论了模拟技术研究的技术路径,以期进一步解决建筑模拟技术在工程实践中应用的瓶颈问题。
In recent years, building energy consumption is growing rapidly in China. Building energy performance simulation is playing a significant part in all phases including planning, design, operation and retrofit of buildings. During the past several decades, building energy simulation research is well conducted both in China and around the world. However, building environment is a complex entity and building energy is affected by various factors, current simulation techniques cannot fully meet the demand of building performance evaluation and analysis. This article summarizes the challenges and key issues of building performance simulation techniques based on the review of current status, followed with the technical routes of the development of building simulation. The discussion aims to solve the key bottleneck for building simulation in real applications.
