摘要
碘吸附器是核电站等核设施空气净化系统的关键设备,主要由金属壳体和内部装填的浸渍活性炭组成。浸渍活性炭受多种因素影响而引起的中毒老化效应,是导致碘吸附器及浸渍活性炭净化效率下降的主要原因。对中毒和老化条件下浸渍活性炭吸附放射性甲基碘效率进行了研究,利用N2吸附进行了老化活性炭的孔结构分析,并进一步分析了造成浸渍活性炭中毒和老化的影响原因。研究发现,使用3年以上的浸渍活性炭的吸附效率开始下降,老化时间越长,效率越低;老化对浸渍活性炭孔结构造成不利影响,但对浸渍剂的影响是浸渍活性炭效率下降的主要原因。
Iodine absorber is a key component of ventilation and off-gas treatment system of nuclear power plant and other nuclear facility,it consists mainly of metal shell and internal impregnated activated carbon.The impregnated activated carbon is caused poisoning and aging effects by a variety of factors,which is the main factor leading to the purification efficiency decline of iodine adsorber and impregnated activated carbon.The adsorption efficiency of radioactive methyl iodide of impregnated activated carbon in different aging conditions were studied,the pore structure of aged activated carbon was analyzed by N2 adsorption,and the main influencing factors of activated carbon poisoning and aging were analyzed.The study found that the efficiency of carbon for more than three years began to decline,the longer the aging time was,the lower the efficiency was.With the use of environment and time,the decline of efficiency was also different.The aging of activated carbon produced a certain adverse effect on itself pore structure,and the influence of poisoning and aging on the impregnation should be the main reason for the decrease in the efficiency.
