摘要
建立了固相萃取-超高效液相色谱法同时测定食品中的10种人工合成色素的分析方法。样品经Oasis WAX固相萃取小柱富集和净化,然后经超高效液相色谱仪分析,采用反相Waters ACQUITY UPLC CSH C18柱(2.1 mm×100 mm, 1.7μm)分离,以甲醇-乙酸铵水溶液(0.010 mol/L)为流动相进行梯度洗脱,采用二极管阵列检测器,检测波长范围190~800 nm,在可变波长254 nm下进行检测。结果表明10种人工合成色素线性相关系数良好,相关系数为0.995~1.000,线性范围为0.30~50.0 mg/kg。在1.0, 5.0和10.0 mg/kg三个添加水平下,回收率为86.0%~98.9%,相对标准偏差为0.94%~3.12%,检出限为0.10~0.15 mg/kg。所建立的方法简便,灵敏度高,可以满足对食品中10种人工合成色素的同时测定。
A method for the simultaneous determination of 10 synthetic colours in food by solid phase extraction-ultra high performance liquid chromatography was established. The samples were enriched and purified by Oasis WAX, and then analyzed by UPLC, reverse Cls Accucore column (2.1 mm × 100 mm, 1.7 μm) was used to separate, and methanol ammonium acetate solution (0.010 mol/L) was used as the mobile phase to conduct gradient elution. Ten synthetic colours were detected by a diode army detector, detection wavelength range of 190-800 nm, and detected under variable wavelength of 254 urn. The linear relationship of ten synthetic colours was good with the correlation coefficient of 0.995-1.000 and the linear range was from 0.30 mg/kg to 50.0 mg/kg. The additive recoveries were in the range of 86.0%-98.9% with the relative standard deviation (RSD) of 0.94%-3.12% under the standard addition levels of 1.0, 5.0 and 10.0 mg/kg, and the detected limits often synthetic colours were 0.10-0.15 mg/kg. The method was simple, high sensitivity, and could be used to detect the 10 kinds of synthetic colours in foods at the same time.
