摘要
低完成率是慕课不容回避的问题。研究从社会融合、外部归因、学业融合、学业不利四个维度对210名中文慕课学习者进行调查和分析,发现良好的网络环境、未预见的个人因素、工作上的变更、自主学习能力、自我效能、课程正面因素和学习预备对完成课程影响显著。为提高慕课完成率,需优化课程设计、促进有效互动与交流、注重对学习者评价能力培养、推行慕课学分认定、推进基于SPOC的混合式教学、拓展慕课证书应用渠道。
The low completion rate is a problem of MOOC which cannot be avoided. The present study investigated and analyzed 210 Chinese learners from the following four dimensions: social integration, external attribution, academic integration, and academic disadvantages. It was founded that the significant affecting factors include network environment, unforeseen personal factors, job changes, autonomous learning ability, self-efficacy, positive factors of the curriculum and learning preparation. The paper gave several suggestions to improve the MOOC completion rate.
